Canonical Definition

The Green Dashboard Paradox™ is a technically green status — invoices transmitted, validation passed — that masks an incorrect or incomplete tax position underneath. The dashboard shows Network Green: the invoice moved. It may not show Semantic Green: the invoice carried the correct meaning. Or Economic Green: the tax outcome is defensible and correct. An organisation that measures only transmission metrics has designed its governance around the easiest question, not the most important one.
